Coriandrum sativum

Quintessential salsa ingredient. Let it go to seed to have coriander!

Cilantro can be a tough plant to grow in our dry heat. Sow in cooler weather (fall is ideal!) and let it re-seed itself when it wants. A two-week rotation will keep your production going longer. Attracts beneficial insects! OP.

Seeds grown by Purple Sage Farm in Middleton, Idaho, Swift River Farm in Salmon, Idaho, Bluebird Forest Garden in Orofino, Idaho, Giving Ground Farm in Pocatello, Idaho, and Green Phoenix Farm in Salt Lake City, Utah.

125 Seeds.

Directions: Direct seed in spring or fall with 12" row spacing.
