This nutty little number is one of the most delicious and underrated salad greens. It's quite cold-hardy but bolts in hot weather. Use alone or in combination with other greens for fall, winter, and spring salads. Can self-sow if you let it! Rapuntzel is the German name for it, so let your hair down and feast! OP, 50 days.
Directions: Direct seed in fall and protect with cold-frame for winter eating, or direct seed 1/8" deep in spring, 1" apart. Harvest often to keep from bolting.
