A fantastic addition to the late-spring garden, this native forb has evergreen foliage and grows showy spikes of bright red, tubular flowers.  Don't overwater! They like it dry, like all of us desert-lovers!

Directions: Sow seeds in fall or winter for best results. Or, put seeds in a moist paper towel in refrigerator for 6-8 weeks before planting in spring.
